1. Who we are
Lovely Perfume Store B.V., trading as LPS Pharma Group Europe ("LPS Pharma", "we", "us"), KVK 75102595, Bargelaan 200, 2333 CW Leiden, the Netherlands, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
2. What data we collect
We only collect personal data you voluntarily submit via the inquiry/sample request form, which may include:
- First and last name
- Company name
- Email address
- Any information you include in your message
We do not use cookies or analytics/tracking scripts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com), which may process your IP address to deliver font files — see Google's privacy policy for details.
3. Why we process this data
We process your data to respond to your inquiry and, where applicable, prepare a business relationship. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where a contract is being prepared, necessity for that contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. How long we keep it
Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to handle your request and, if a business relationship follows, for the duration of that relationship plus any period required under Dutch tax and commercial law (generally up to 7 years for financial records).
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers acting on our behalf (e.g. email or hosting providers) under appropriate data processing agreements, or where required by law.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your data, to data portability, and to object to processing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority: autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, or unauthorised access.

We may update this policy. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
